Mr. Frank is the owner and creator of Utopia Design Gallery in Studio City, Ca. since it's conception in 1997. He is considered one of the most critically aclaimed designers in California, with designs in wood, metal, paint and mixed media art. Mr. Frank has brought his multiple and multifaceted talents of display and design to Utopia Design and has been featured in Utopia's many art show series.
Mr. Frank's limited edition art photo albums have received top design honors in the Los Angeles Times Home edition, especially his "Hollywood In Therapy" and "Fred Descending Astaire," Mr. Frank's homage to artist Marcel Duchamp. His origianal paintings are hanging in prestigious homes of art collectors and celebrities.
